SCAM - Hi mum text message scam asking for £1200 to be paid to a Olivia Mendel
SCAM - the guy said he was from a company called MEH. He said there was potentially something wrong with my life insurance cover which could stop me from being paid out. I asked him what life insurance cober and he hung up. Obviously a scammer BEWARE!!!
Fraud- stating to be from Royal Mail and I have not had a parcel delivered. Wanting all of my details.

Unfortunately I did not get the name of the company but they were very aggressive at trying to make me claim for fictional "injuries" from a recent Road Traffic Accident (no fault of mine, another car scraped the side of my vehicle). Persistant phone calls from this number every day for the past week. Answered it today thinking it could be someone important, turns out to be company who provide free boiler upgrade ? Indian man who claimed to be from EE then claimed to be calling on behalf of all major mobile carriers and listed Virgin, O2, Vodaphone etc, demanded repeatedly my phone bill. Sounded hostile and claimed to be offering a 40% discount. The sound of chatter could be heard in the background. Block this number. The British government really needs to do more to safeguard citizens from whatever fraud they had planned.

Aparantly a Manchester number who phoned and left no message. On phoning back number permanently engaged. Probably cold-calling others.
Possible scam, it was the usual silent for a few seconds then a beep to connect to the call centre. I hung up before they spoke.
