very noisy call centre. usual patter, how are you today etc claptrap.. said they are offering incentives in my area, they are asking about life planning, at that point I cut them off. Nuisance call,when is this harassment going to be stopped...I will report as usual to the ICO, probably another waste of time, great job if you can get it..

They ring daily and say they are calling back to discuss a survey i have supposedly filled in recently, when i refuse they keep asking and asking if i will answer their questions so clearly there's an incentive for them. when i demanded my number to be deleted, i was then told they would only do this if i answered the questions and when i continued to refuse they hang up. they haven't got the message as the calls just keep coming :(

When you tell them and ask them to take our number off the list they don't speak they just slam the phone down on us then someone else from the same company calls again the next day! I don't believe this is really MBNA, I believe it to be a scam and they have used a machine to copy the MBNA number. If this call is coming through on your mobile use a free app called Mr. Number, it will automatically block this and many other scam calls.
