This number has called me 4 times over the last 2 days

Unsolicited text message received from +447704141017 / 07704141017 on my TPS registered mobile: "Unsure if you qualify for a refund of PPI paid on a loan or credit card? Reply PPI and we will run a no obligation check or reply STOP to opt out. TPPCO" Possibly The PPI Claims Office? Forwarded to spam reporting number 7726.

Received a call from this number...answered it...brief silence then the call dropped.

phone went but did not answer looked very suspicious.

Sounded vaguely feasible until I 1471 d the number and got this one-was expecting a local number as she said (and was perfectly polite, no aggression at all) she was calling direct from my local Tesco Express.
