I established that the caller was a fraud and called them out at which point they stopped being polite and friendly and began to taunt and be abusive. SCAM caller - called saying he's from my bank, quoted some card details (correct, must be on a stolen database) to say that Apple Pay / Contactless are down for 24-48 hours while they do upgrades. I didn't give him any info but somehow he managed to set up an Apple Pay with my card and stole £2,600 from our company account, on payday, 4 days before Christmas. We're now completely skint and can't afford to pay the wages. Been doing some investigating and his name is Tyrell, apparently. Fuck you Tyrel

Fraud Pretending to be from Sky technical department and that my router was giving me problems.. it was sometimes fast and sometimes slow, (aren’t they all ?) anyway, I told him I didn’t have a router, so he asked if I had a cell phone, I told him no, then the call ended.. probably trying to find someone else with a dodgy router. !
