Possible spam or scam call. Caller mumbled something about BT openreach and tried to have a conversation with me. When I enquired what the call was about, he replied that he "just wanted to talk to me"....???? And then hung up.

This number has just rung me when I answered there was no one there despite me answering on the second ring. I have got no idea who this is but Despite being registered with TPS we are still getting lots of unsolicited calls who when we answer there is no one there. This number when called back tells you that you have dialled an incorrect number. My opinion is by experience that it’s a spam number. Usually trying to sell something or get details from you for insurance or PPI claims. I have blocked now.
