I answered phone on first ring and got a recorded message saying they were sorry they were unable to contact me ‘at this time’ and asked me to call back or try again later. The recorded message played so instantly that I missed first 4 words and have no idea who it was. This makes me think is was a group call, so I’ll be blocking it

Do not be duped into calling this number. Called 5 times in the span of 15 minutes, the first 3 leaving long voicemails of silence. Likely a spam caller trying to find out if your phone number is actively used, so they can send it on to more spam callers.
Lady told me that I had entered an online competition to win lottery tickets and had won ! At this point I told her I had not entered any competitions and ended the call. Number now blocked.
