I'm not too certain about the caller, as he started off by saying both my Company name & personal name, & he'd obviously "done his homework" as when I asked him who was calling, he said the name of my provider. Unfortunately he spoke at the speed of sound, so when I asked, he said he'd speak slower, but then the line disconnected, so I didn't get to find out whether the caller was genuine or not. This number called me this morning insisting they were my bank trying to prevent fraudulent transactions from a cloned card, then asked me to read out the digits on my card!! They didn't know which bank and stated it was an amazon transaction for £300 that was the fraud, this is tosh and I told them so, beware, they are very persistent even when called out.
