SCAM / SPAM Text to say it was the HSBC saying that an approved payee was added and a link if this wasn't right. Don't even have an account with them.
I think this was a fraud check call from Bank of Scotland that I answered and was then transferred to the customer service dept which wasn t answered promptly. I hung up, but this resulted in a 27p charge for me. Not a lot, but a good scam if you manage it for a lot of people!
After many calls from both 01875587027 and 01733611027 the first one produced a human who identified herself as calling from AM Legal. Went away politely when told I did not ...
