This number keeps calling my elderly mother pretending its about a loan she had. They keep providing her with info like date of birth, asking her to confirm expecting her to provide the correct one. When I ring this number it says it is an old number. My 11 year old was with her when they last called and he said they were very pushy and kept asking her to confirm bank details.

A "UK Consumers Survey" call, they have my name, and he just carried on (as if really hates his own job) try to verify my personal information which I ve then stopped him and he simply hanged up. This number suddenly dialled itself from my phone while I was playing an online game. I was charged ?2.50 for the call. The number is not in my contacts and I did not have the keypad open at the time. I realised what was happening when a notification came up on my phone game page.
