'Dave', aledgedly from BT, rang to say my internet speed was very slow. To fix it, he needed remote access to my computer or smart phone. I told him I was recording the call and he hung up. Clearly a scam call. Working from a script and not able to cope with my many questions!
They had me for £320!!!! And when i told them i knew it was a scam they got angry called me a liar!!! Then the man phoned back and just said to me.........if you think ringing the fraud squad will help you or the police then you are wrong then just

If answered there is no reply, just silence. If we let the answer machine takes it it rings off. We are getting this call several times a day for the last week.
