I only answered this because it's my local dialling code and I'm looking for a job. Male With a northern English accent asked for me by name, when I asked who's calling, he said 'Josh' from First Response. He then said he was calling about the car accident I had within the last 2 years. I told him I didn't have a car (I do) and before I was able to finish, he'd hung up! Yet another phone number blocked.

The caller said she was from O2 and We were due for a free gift of Wireless Headphones as a security what was my place of birth. I found out that the fraudsters had chaned my password by going on the O2 website and requesting a 6 digit number and asking me to give it to them.. I don't thimk I have suffered losses . I obviously reset my password. The caller was an Indian female, this is not unusual as, Indian Call Centres are experts in fraud I have been involved in investigating Indian call centre.
This number is a call centre within the Barclays Bank Group. It is a safe number and I spoke to them following the receipt of a letter on bank headed notepaper and the number is one of 3 listed on the letter that details refunds that have been paid to your bank. You must visit your nearest barclays bank branch with the letter you received to collect your refund.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2079460xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with Indian call centre dealing with PPI, accident claims, insurance marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?
