It s a scam. Very elaborate and convincing
i missed the call and rang it back from work phone, there was a slight engaged tone then a german voice saying number ringing is at a unknown location , strangely i also got a acll from 08434102576 a couple of hours later , numbers look very similar , rang thsi back and got the same german message ,
