Impressive customer service I had problems with a meter that was not working which meant I had no electricity for workmen who were meant to be working on the site. Pete, the manager, worked tirelessly to fix the problem. He called me when he said he would on more than one occasion and went way beyond the call of duty. Just had another call from this number, second today. So picked the phone up to them, and they hung up 3 seconds after connecting.

Caller named knew my name and my insurance company. He said he represented them which I don t believe. He said I had an accident on a certain date and he was calling in regards to nuisance calls. I didn t report any nuisance calls. I told him I didn t want to speak because his call sounded supsicious. Don t answer this number.

Missed call Came up on my phone as suspected spam, however when I searched the number on Google it brought up a street address in Bournemouth!
my mobile did not ring. nAppeared as a missed call on my mobile.
This phone number has been an issue with my house phone. This number has appeared on my VM bill for the moths of Oct, Nov,Dec,Jan ,Feb and March before I realised I had not made the call. It appears every 12 hours as a call that lasts less than 1 minute and each call is charged at 39 pence . Does not sound a lot until you add it up over the period of time which then accounts for over £60.00.
