Apparently from Royal Mail , stating they require Unpaid shipping fee of 1.99 ...... 1st , I'm not expecting Package of any description . And 2nd .... The number is from INLAND so wouldn't require a Shipping fee ! ( this would usually be paid at the checkout upon making the purchase ) .
