SCAM. Legit No. Obviously spoofed and being used by a bank scammer. Call opens with the 'Your account has been debited £X thousand' gambit. THE LEGITIMATE OWNER OF THE PHONE NUMBER IS NOT INVOLVED IN SCAMMING.

If you speak, the line is detected as 'a voice line' and will be logged, a scammer will then call you later! When I asked them to contact my husband's business directly they stated that the only number they had (which is our home number).
