SCAM - just called me at 11pm UK time, from a number I do not recognise on a number that I *do not* give out to anyone!!

Of this really is th e region for this number and not a mobile number I am surprised. An Asian man, said from Sky and telling me my tv warranty was due for renewal. Just another scammer!!!!

When I answered the call there was no one there,so I phoned back and it said this number is not in service

SPAM We are with EE. We received a text from +447953222222 'Your voicemail has been locked due to 3 incorrect pin attempts.' We checked it by phoning our voicemail, and left a message, and it was working ok.

SCAM "Called about your internet", said we don't have a computer, they hung up!!

Thought I was confirming my phone number to a McAfee website, closed browser within a minute (when I realised it was a scam site as it just had mcafee in the web address but was nothing to do with mcafee.com) and within a minute, a man with an extremely heavy and thick Indian accent called, immediately said he was from Microsoft and wondered whether I needed any help. SCAM Fraud Banking Firstly, a test message was received on a mobile saying it was the Fraud department of a Credit Card company and they would be calling about “recent activity from your card. Expect a call from our Fraud team. Please wait for our call”. That was followed 2mins later by a phone call to the same mobile number saying it was from 02071934897 (London). Not a number associated with a Credit Card company! The male caller asked for the additional card holder by name but hadn’t called that person

02045384523 has called me on my mobile about 10 times within 15 minutes, I answered just one time, no one replied back to me but I could hear mass talking in the background, hung up within seconds.

Said 2 payments made using my cards? Not true. Trying to get you to connect to them. Don’t do it!

This call referred to an Amazon Card (which I don't have) and an international money transfer of £300. None of which is relevant. Sounds threatening. Have had this before but on a different number.

Dodgy phone number that is traced firstly to France and then turkey! Very suspicious and I have blocked it.

Scam call, Amazon Prime Scam call, your Amazon prime account has expired, if you reply we will steal money from your account. Pre-recorded announcement, no brains some people.

SCAM Trying to get bank details

This is a scam number pretending to be Amazon UK. They pretended that i had mistakenly signed up for 'their' yearly subscription and stated i they were due to take 79.99 out of my account today if i did not cancel immediately. They stated that they could sort this out online and that I may be due a refund. I asked them to call back and contacted Amazon service desk who explained that they had never called me and that i was still subscribed on monthly terms. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY OF YOUR DETAILS.

Fraud Call - I got a called from this number saying they were from O2 and offering me a 40% discount on my bill. They said I would receive a code from them and to read it out to them. I got 2 messages from O2 saying I had requested a security code and not to give the code to anyone and if I suspected fraud to call 202. The lady got really aggressive when I said I wouldn't give her the code as O2 shouldn't need the code. When I said I would check if this was ok she gave me another number to call to verify -

Text job scam on Whatsapp. I never applied for such a thing. There was an “intern” copy pasting the job requirements. The job itself seemed too good to be true. I looked up the actual company said number was impersonating on Linkdin and the roles offered were for experienced workers (not trainees like the scammers said) and had roles for very specific areas of the uk. The scammer couldn't elaborate on where this “job” is based but it could miraculously work from home. They had very bad English grammar.

SCAM caller do not answer

Rang twice and left a message that we have been charged £95 because our prime has ran out! We don't use prime and there has no debit on our account! Suspect its a scam and haven't answered, will now block them.
