I gave my details to a Fake BBC New story on Facebook about trading software and this company keeps calling me. I have asked them three times to delete my contact details under the GDPR "right to be forgotten" and they simply get abusive. They are looking for me to "activate my account and upload £200 on a debit/credit card".

Called saying they are doing market research for my bank RBS. They said they wouldn’t ask for any personal information, just about customer satisfaction. I’d rather not take a chance when it comes to my banking so I said no and ended the call. Could have been genuine but also could have been a scam.

what this company does(whos IFA s are regulated by the FCA) is review the pension which is free and no obligation, I used it and they take pictures of your documents and you gett sent a review in a couple of weeks time. I now have a properly invested SERPS pension and am looking at tripling it s value in 25 years time, as opposed to what it was doing before which was losing money at 2%, but now it s flying at 8%.
