This number called my mobile. I did not answer, but wanted to check the number out first. there was no bad report on the number. when I tried to return the call there was no answer then a "click" in the line and a message that the "other person had hung up". this makes me think it s somebody trying to sell you something nobody wants

Hawkeye Agency cold calling about accident claims.

Has rung me around 10 times in the last day, a couple of times I have answered and I the caller has hung up. I thing they are so used to people not answering, they are shocked when someone answers and he just hung up.

I received a call this morning which was very disturbing, i said hello, and the reply i got was "I m going to kill you" then hung up Really how bloody rude can you get??????????????? worth reporting to the police I think.

Called my elderly grandad just now (isn?t the first time). He couldn?t understand him so passed the phone to me. An Indian man calling from ?Remote Security? and enquiring about a ?computer or laptop in your house? I told him we didn?t have either and he carried on trying to talk, so I repeated that we didn?t have either and to not call again and he hung up. Expecting a call again tomorrow as that?s what happened last time I told them not to call

Scammers/liars/phishing. Calling TPS registered numbers, insurance scam insisting they have details of a non existent car accident.

Debt collector. Had been receiving calls daily. Finally answered and they asked for my address and dob! Hung up and did research on the company. Called them back as I didn t think I had any debts. Gave them my details, but they had my old address. Confirmed that. it s a company called Simply Financial and they are one of these Debt assistance companies. I finally got them to stop calling my number.

They rang our landline and asked to speak to the BT broadband account holder. I said I was the broadband user and then they put the phone down on me. So I have blocked the number.
