I just received the call from this number seems suspicious as was asking my card details. Claimed he is Saudi Hajj ministry representative and wants to refund some money which will come in 45 working days. He was trying to convince me it is against the complaint I made. Contacted from this number by automated contact stating it was ‘bank security’ advising I had money taken from my account and asking me to press a number to speak to someone. Did not feel it was genuine at all.

Well spoken young male claiming to be from BT business and looking to review my phone usage and how I could reduce my costs. When I advised him that this was a residential line he said that as it was still being used for a business he could probably still save me money. When I showed disinterest he advised me that I would need to have a conversation with them soon as BT were discontinuing analogue phone services next year and we would lose our service if we didn't transfer to digital. I hung up.

SCAM I was out when this number called. They did not leave a message on my answer phone but the number was recorded on my incoming call information system. Using a recall system it was found the number had become non-existent and was therefore no longer traceable. This would indicate that it is from a SCAM telephone number/company.
