Fraud A man with a heavy accent told me that someone tried to draw money from my account. He did not give a bank name or anything else. I asked him to repeat his first phrase that came without a greeting or any other polite introduction. Not his name, not an organisation. I interrupted him to tell him that I knew exactly what kind of fraud he was trying on me and he broke the connection at once. The number seems to be in the Manchester area.

Pre-recorded female voice (American accent) purporting to be HMRC but number coming up on iPhone as Newquay area. Couldn't clearly hear what was said but usual message engineered to put people under pressure while offering a "Press number 1" type option to be put through to scammers most likely. Just waited and it cut-off.

Received a cold call purporting to be EE. The number had obviously been spoofed as it belongs to a London Cafe.

Got a text saying to call due to fraud on a NatWest account. I don’t have a NatWest account!

SCAM Message popped up on my laptop stating that it was in danger of being hacked and had been temporarily blocked. The error message suggested I called a helpline (number stated 020) said to be Microsoft Security. I rang, lady answered (Indian/pakistan accent) lots of noise in the background, she wanted me to depress the windows and the letter R key on my laptop. was evasive when I asked what would happen. Robot voice says this is visa calling, saying they have stopped my card due to a high volume of transactions to China.. Then tells me to select an option… I shut the call off at that point. A nasty fraud call.

Insulation claimed my insulation was out of date and no longer used , probably a scam, became quite aggressive when i would not make an appointment

Phone handily warned me it was a potential scam call while it was ringing so I didn't answer.

Claiming we had an outstanding insurance policy for drains etc which we do not, also quoted a password which has occurred on other scam calls so looks like same lot trying it on to unwary types.

Call center SPAM Said his name was Alex, however he had a very strong Indian accent. He said that he was phoning from British Gas!? It was about boiler cover, house hold cover for both gas and electric. Asked a couple of questions. He said that he was calling from London, when I asked him what the weather was like in India, and it would be set up today! Internet SCAM caller said was from microsoft had called on previous number and we declined to give details so called again on this number and then on a third call threatened to cut our internet off.

Text Message Supposedly from DPD about driver attempting to deliver a package with invite to complete an 'application' via a link. No package reference number or similar in text - well dodgy.

I hung up on this cold caller. He called me back and was very abusive
