I had a call from this number and was instantly suspicious. I phone Lloyds (PhoneBank) number to be told that this number belongs to the Lloyds Credit Card Collection department (I had missed a payment due to personal circumstances) and they wanted their money. Like most people, I am suspicious of individuals whose language skills are a lot less than mine and have a heavy accent. No idea who this belongs to and I have no desire to find out...it doesn`t matter who it belongs to...I have not answered my landline phone for several years now as ALL the calls are from salespeople/scammers/fraudsters...the ONLY reason I have a landline now is due to having broadband although I don`t see why this is still necessary with today s technology...it is high time this nonsense was brought to an end.

It s a company ringing about debts they think you may have had or have and they try to reference your connection to a survey or some search you ve done possibly connected to you looking for the best credit cards available. Very busy call centre with lots of other people in the background so difficult to hear everything.

They called me repeatedly and at some point i just answered and although I didn t really understood what they wanted, they started asking for my personal information. At that point I clearly told them that I m not gonna reveal any of it. They hung up. Better for them
