This number should be a landline from London - I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet - just rated as a nuisance, but no idea who is behind it... an Asian man called me today earlier on this phone number offering me a loan for my tuition fees as i am paying my own fees. he called himself David if i remember right. He told me as hes offering an unsecured loan from SkyQuid all i have to do is to pay £100 to an account as a deposit and he will straight away transfer the amount. Fraud They call to advise that an arrest warrant has been issued in "Your" name for tax evasion, and invite you to press "1" for further info. A person with a strong Indian accent answers and in short they invite you to settle out of court. I suspect that the caller is not UK based but is using some relay of sorts to make calls appear to be UK based. this is a scam number pretending to be from 02. It used a link 02.uk whereas the correct web address is 02.co.uk.
