It was someone claiming to be my daughter saying she had lost her phone and to ring her back on the above number. Daughter was with me at the time she definitely hadn't lost her phone. So in my opinion it was a scam.
They called me pretending to be Windows support stating my ID had been compromised. They were very convincing. Got me to share laptop using Anydesk and also got me to run a WIN+r function. After they didnt call back as promised realized i had been scammed.

Some person claiming to be from o2 offering me a 40% discount on my monthly phone bill.......due to covid 19!!!! I have received a text from this number saying . GOVUK: I am eligible for a discounted energy bill under the energy support scheme. It then gives me the link to apply @ https://Uk-registered.com. I haven’t opened it or applied !!!. Not sure if this genuine or a scam !?.

Safe number - NHS - NHS Business Services Authority - legit organisation who deal with a few things, including EHICs, NHS pensions, exemption from health charges (prescriptions, dental, optical and travel for medical treatments) etc. Definitely answer!

Persistant phone calls from this number every day for the past week. Answered it today thinking it could be someone important, turns out to be company who provide free boiler upgrade ? There is a high availability in your area. Man seemed arrogant abrasive, talking over me. Told him wasn’t interested, avoid at all costs, scam.
