This is a scam number, and probably all numbers 023821464**. Asian sounding voice said he was from "Amazon Fraud Department" and that my account had been compromised (I don't have an Amazon account). Had a call from this number today firstly on my mobile which I managed to reject. It immediately then rang my landline which I didn t answer.
