SCAM They sent a text message pretending to be my bank and asking me to answer Y/N to a large payment I didn't make.

SCAM This started out as a text asking if i was Anna. They werent sure they had the right No. I said no it wasnt. They then initiated a conversation which soon led to them asking for personal info. They gave me this No, saying it was their company No and i could join their private Whatsapp so we could exchange photos. When I started asking about what they said was their home town, they stopped replying...unsurprisingly. The No they were texting from is a deffinate scam No, so this No is likely dangerous

Phoned a number for a child under 10, would have to assume spam or at the least highly suspect.

This number is given as the "customer services" number on a fake eBay email. The email is for a high value item that has supposedly just been purchased on my account and to call customer services if there's an issue. I do not have an eBay account associated with the email address I received the email on. SCAM This is a text from a scammer who's taking advantage of the legit cost of living payments. It says it's from the gov. website and asks you to click a link to add your bank account details so that they can deposit the amount in your bank, so beware! Anyone who is entitled to any DWP money will automatically have it deposited into their bank account and upon researching this, I was told that DWP will NEVER text or ring you to inform you of your entitlements or ask for any details.

Were then asking me to logon to my online banking to check oli had received a refund from cancellation of Amazon prime £79.99 Luckily I ended the call and deleted the remote login app. Reported to Amazon and changed password

SCAM: I believe this caller is possibly cloning local STD numbers. In an American automated-voice it then claims a substantial purchase has been made fron Amazon via your VISA account. Both of these accounts I have since checked and have not been affected in this way, hence my reporting this bogus land-line call.

SCAM Call center Purported to be from British Gas. I had difficulty understanding what he was trying to tell me because of a strong accent, but he was suggesting a problem with my boiler thermostat? Then went on to talk about a maintenance contract to cover the boiler, radiators and electrical supply. I queried several times about his genuine employment by British Gas and he finally hung up the phone.
