This number has called every few days, sometimes twice in one day! I don t answer unknowns just let the machine take a message!this caller seems to wait till machine kicks in then hangs up! No message has ever been left or any reason for the call! I m getting totally fed up of this caller/company not taking the hint to stop damn well calling!!!

This number told me my kitchen appliances insurance had expired. Told them I was insured with another company and she claimed I was insured with them. I then told her that I was called by them a few weeks ago, and told her not to ring my number again. Think they want your bank details.

I didn't bother listening to the full message - I heard enough to know it was a pathetic criminal trying to scare people into handing them either personal data or money. Claimed they from smart insurance & company changed from original. They knew lots of info about insurance. Asked for acc details, put phone down and immediately rang my appliance insurance company and they said they havent been taken over by smart insurance. I felt relieved that i hadnt given out my bank details but its shocking how lnowledgeable they were and the information they currency had on it. Blocked immediately. Pls beware and be careful.
