Got a call at 11:00am on a Monday morning. Background noise suggested the caller was outside. Knew my name and informed me that they I had a claim for Insurance & mobile phone. They said they were calling from the Bureau. Information was incorrect and they said they would update the system. The call ended.

The caller wanted to make me know that my subscription to Sky would have expired and I look unjustified on. I told him that I would have lengthened months ago good 3 and only ever as he comes to me so to tell a sh!t! Rude liars.
This number has called me 5 times since yesterday. On the two occasions that I answered, they just hung up on me. I have never spoken to them myself so clearly these cowboys have not heard of GDPR. I hope they are prosecuted for this.
