Fraudsters! They lie and dissemble to fool you into believing that you are renewing your current cover, while you are doing no such thing. They have a nice website, but never answer the phone or email, so certainly can t provide any service for their appliances. One of them will likely write a comment below, pretending to be a customer, claiming how what I write is not true. You who work for them, have you no shame, no conscience?

...they've called me three or four times this morning, silence on the other end, so I guessed it was a scam. Went out and came back to a message from 0800 668 1755 with instructions to call 'to have your details removed from our system'. Assume it's the same people, but I'm nervous about calling the 0800 number in case it's an added built-in scam of some sort. Any advice please???
