Not sure, but seemed to want all my ID details to confirm the refund I was to receive in couple of days, and was vague about who was calling, claimed to be some sort of Financial Authority. Number is Manchester area, and with all due respect to friends in Manchester, apart from Blackburn Lancashire, a call centre dialled call from Manchester rings more alarm bells than phone bells.

NEVER call these numbers back. They are spoofed by the scammers and are not calls from the UK. If you call them back, you may get caught for a large call charge.

It really does get my goat to keep on getting these unsolicited phone calls under false pretences. I too received a call from this number asking me to contact them regarding my T-mobile account. Enough is enough!

Had several calls from this number on our mobiles. I rang them back and ascertained from them that they had bought a quantity of telephone numbers from various sources and their computer was ringing them trying to get a positive response to their FREE BOILER initiatave. Keeps calling me but based on others comments listed i will not answer the call - i have since manually added the number to my call blocker so they should not bother me again from this same number

Missed a call from these and now i have checked and seen it is another car accident scam company. I keep getting these all the damn time. I thought i had my number blocked but it seems not. These people need to be taught a lesson and more regulations about cold calling need to be implemented and enforced. So sick of these calls.

Received an unsolicited call announced as "Hi this Gareth at NGP". Hung up when I asked who NGP was. If a genuine call (which I doubt), then very unprofessional.

Keeps calling as previous callers have said it can be up to three times a day. No messsages are left. I have spoken to Talk talk howeverto no avail.
