The number identifies itself as "Post Office Travel Money" (I see "post office" and even "HSBC" mentioned by others...). Called me (robot) claiming I have a blocked package (I'm waiting for no packages). It's most certainly a scam - avoid!

Had 3 calls so far today, 1 in morning 2 afternoon, all hang up after I pick up, regardless of wait time. No one knows my landline either, so don’t know how it’s being called unless it’s malicious. I visited the EE website and asked in the community and lots off EE customers have received exactly the same text message, and they have all got exactly the same amount of "points" which is not an EE scheme, and when you search the number it came from it states the number is on the EE network NOT from EE themselves.
Person said they were from Microsoft. When I did not comply with their instructions he became abusive. Very unpleasant.
Karim called at 14.26. Asked why I'd cancelled my appointment for this evening. Apparently I'd emailed to cancel at 10.47 because my partner has covid. I haven't sent any emails or got any appointments. It must be a scam but I've no idea what he planned to get out of it, maybe if the story fitted my circumstances he'd try to get a cancellation fee off of me. The worrying thing is that he knew my full name. I can't think of any way that could happen.
