Said there from BT and my internet line has been compromised. 10th or so call in the last week, block the number each time but they come back with a new one

Then because its a landline number ... you are DUPED into calling THEM! ...& go to landline & ring THEM! This then means "they have not broken the telephone preference rules!!....WHY YOU ASK???? Because YOU RANG THEM!... they then have YOUR LANDLINE NUMBER Legitimately to SELL ON to others! DO NOT RING THEM BACK.....EVER!!!

I am local to Wrexham and have recently had 4 local numbers that have called me whose numbers I don t recognize so have left the calls go to answer phone but shortly after my answer phone message starts, they hang up. They are probably all from the same organization all calling from different numbers. Called asking about previous credit cards in last 15 years. I told them I couldn t remember which I had from a few they suggested. They kept asking the same questions which I said I couldn t remember. They went on to ask about any loans which I said I don t remember, she said ok and hung up! I will ignore any further calls from this number.
