Wants to speak with manager about energy -not available - when will he bill available - never to these types of calls- she hung up

They called me, and then didn't even say anything.

Missed call from this number, texted to ask who this was and no reply.

Some "fik" (thick) sounding muppet rang asking for my Missus, when I said "No", phone went dead. Rang number back and after a few rings it went dead.

Calls then hangs-up after one answers. Tried to call them back & the call gets dropped- hushed voices heard in background!
