Claimed to be Rebecca Roberts, a recruiter from Reeds about a flexible remote role. No profile picture and number was under arts & entertainment. When told I work full time, received a copy and pasted answer about it being home-based which can be done at my convenience. Definitely not trustworthy.. One of those too good to be true scenarios but did eventually give up once I said I was not interested a couple of time

Also, you know it's a genuine bureaucratic banking process when they ask for 10 different details to confirm your identity. Automated message supposedly 'Bank Security' regarding two recent payments made by card....1 to Amazon for £300 and the 2nd an International payment of £1000+. The usual crap is then given re pressing 1 or 2 depending on how you want to proceed. Complete load of rubbish. I get regular calls from a variety of numbers all exactly the same. They want shooting! Bloody nuisance.

Called from "my bank security" telling me that my card (no ref to debit or credit )had been used for £300 to Amazon and over £1000 to an international transaction. Usual press 1, 2 etc. DO NOT RESPOND. This is a premium call no. and you will be charged upwards of £20 just for dialling and then a high charge per second. DO NOT ANSWER OR HANG UP.

SCAM Claiming to by Lloyds - a bank I don’t even have an account with. Text message saying “You have requested £829.99 to Asim Khan DEBIT will reflect shortly on your accounts. Contact us if this was NOT you via, 0333 339 4872”. Apparently both numbers in France. FFS fed up to the back teeth with scammers - LPA for my mum who has been scammed out of thousands of pounds. They need shooting.

This was a scam call claiming to be from a restaurant I visited recently through OpenTable, they got my card info before phoning back on a private number claiming to be from Santander.
Auto voice told me I'd been charged £79.99 for something to do with Prime.

Called asking for someone else by name. Told them they had the wrong number and I obviously didn’t sound like a woman (who they asked for). Asked who they were speaking to. Told them it was no concern of theirs who I was, but I am not the person they were after and I didn’t know anyone of that name. Could be genuine, but I don’t give my name to anyone over the phone that calls me out of the blue.
