Furthermore, I know that my landlord do not deal with anyone that would just cold call tenants, especially one that uses an asian call center. My mother has been contacted many times on this and other phone numbers. The message, from the caller is always the same, she tells my mother, first in English and then in Chinese that she has a package waiting for her, to collect from the Chinese embassy. This is clearly a scam call.

SCAM - I got a "Security Warning" from O2 with a one-time code, followed by a call from this number that is clearly a scam.

Called me and didn't leave the answering machine ! Call can not be important or dubious !

Got cold called from this number twice. Caller claimed to be from a security company and asked whether I was ever scammed. When I told him I didn't know him or his company and did not feel comfortable answering any questions, he called me a 'f*cking wh*re' and hung up.

Scam caller claiming to be from Virgin. The call was made by an official sounding call centre (the woman sounded Indian).
