I rang this number because I had changed provider from Scottish Power to another supplier. There has been a mix up by the company and now I find I have been charged a premium rate call to ring Scottish Power from my mobile. How can energy providers be allowed to do that to customers?

Rang back, call eventually answered after much annoying music, could hear Cindy in the background obviously on a call to another victim, who I guess told her where to go, as she then said F*&# you as well . SPAM Three calls today (so far) from this number. I did not pick up, having seen elsewhere that the phone block 188321 is operated by AQL Wholesale Ltd, and I was not expecting a call from them. Their trade mark seems to be to call three or four times a day if you don't answer. Others report, energy relief, loft insulation and property assistance as reason for the calls.
