Graham George and their rep Jason were more than helpful in the service they provided me, even when all of the paperwork was lost by the government department. They resubmitted it the next day a decision was made a week later. Constant missed calls for a week. I answered and it was a polite lady from Vodafone trying to sell me something. She knew my name as I am a customer. When I said I was busy she said she will call back another time. This number does not appear on the Vodafone authorised numbers list although it is only one digit out from a lot of their numbers.

Fraud - Recorded message stating there was a tax fraud in my name and I needed to press 1 to be connected to HMRC. If I did not press 1 it threatened that a warrant would be issued and I would be arrested. I did not press 1 as felt this was not an appropriate way for HMRC to contact people in relation to this type of matter.

Claimed to be from Postcode lottery saying I’d won a discount card for supermarkets and that I’d also won a free flight to anywhere in the world. Passed call to her senior who wanted to “activate” the discount credit card and said needed to deposit £1.00 into my account to activate the account. Told her I knew she was scamming me for my bank details and hung up!
