SCAM - The Phone rang and caller (a computer) hung up when I didn't speak! This was a computer generated call trying to sniff out voice lines. If you answer then the line will be detected as 'a voice line' and you'll be called back later by a con-artist. They may also be quick to say they are not selling, simply enquiring, surveying, etc. THESE CALLS ARE SCAMS & HARASSING. If ever in doubt tell them to write to you, but DON'T give your address, if genuine they should know it, or just hang up!

Reported to Barclays, local police and action fraud. Urging anybody else to do the same. we were called in Cape Town from this number inquiring about stopping a supposed unauthorised credit card payment. This appears to be a scam.

SCAM. Came up as local number supposedly we had an iPhone delivery due to us which we haven’t. Recorded message asking for £500 so we hung up. Don’t answer this number.

Using a recall system it was found the number had become non-existent and was therefore no longer traceable. This would indicate that it is from a SCAM telephone number/company. A scammer just called me with an automated voice saying that I bought an iphone from Amazon and if I want to put a stop to this purchase to press 1, I pressed 1 and went through to a weirdo breathing on the phone I asked him to remove my number from their list and he said 'no because you are really cute', I said I will report this number to the police and he said he will report my number to the police because 'you called me'. A total weirdo who is not only a scammer but really rude too.

Broad Indian accent, difficult to understand but the general gist I got was he wanted my details so he can save me 30-40% off my bill. Had to press for details on what bill he was saving me money on, he stammered and, almost like he was guessing, said my O2 mobile phone bill. Nobody in this house has any O2 devices so be safe - don't give these scumbags any details. Block the number, maybe work out some of your anger by screaming abuse at them as I did.

This number seems to be the usual scam saying money has been taken from your bank account and asking you to contact them.

Thought this was the vets calling back but just another waste of space scam call/ caller with a recorded message. Charges about international calling mentioned but ended call quickly. Oxygen theives is what all these so called people are. DO NOT ANSWER.
