Very insistent woman claiming that I am due a payment because a 3rd party has admitted fault in a car accident in the past 12 months and I am due my excess back. Did not pursue the call but she effectively wanted me to complete a form over the phone and unwilling to send details in the post or elaborate on any information they hold about me. SCAM: received a text message, allegedly from my daughter, at 00.54 in the morning which was 'hello mum, this is my new number. My old phone no longer works. Can you send this number a message on Whatsapp? 07706376356.' So I did. I then checked with my daughter, who confirmed that she has not changed her phone number. I have phoned the number twice since; does not pick up but does go through to an anonymous voicemail.

This number is DANGEROUS! My son with special needs got a barrage of calls from this number spoofing police calls that he got involved in a car accident on the M5, another call saying that they are bailiffs saying that they owe them £1,600. Incident reported to the police already. Stay away from this number. They hide using this number so you won’t see their phone number.
No one spoke. I said hello but no one spoke and so neither did i. I stayed on the line they stayed silent and then hung up after a minute
