This was a missed call, so I called it back but just got the BT message "you've dialled an incorrect number" so it appears that at today's date, the number is not actually allocated and falsely used to hide the real number - Not sure how they do this and when are BT/Openreach going to stop this happening and clean up their system - the number displayed should be the actual number being used, ok, number blocking is another matter but should only be reserved for private numbers, going to gue

SCAM / SPAM Scam call claiming to be calling from Sky, telling me to switch my computer on as there is a problem with my internet. Told her I'm not a Sky customer and my internet is working fine, then I hung up. Obviously a scam to try and access people's devices and details for nefarious purposes.

A lady claiming she was from century finance saying my loan application had been accepted and I paid the 75 pounds to them then when paid they said money would be in by 2:20 this afternoon and was never in when I rang back to get my money back. Got a call today from this number:.... 0800 759 0420. They are saying from Sky TV and that they are giving away Free Sky HD boxes. When asked what do I need to do.... They said please confirm your Sky ID & Security details.... I said you are not Sky this is a dodgy call. then they hanged up. 15 minutes later they called back. same person and same story. DO NOT GET THEM ANY INFORMATION.
