Lady knew my last name and claimed to be from a reputable building society - Nationwide. However, she persisted in asking my first name so after she kept pushing, I told her Mrs . She read it out loud but then realised it wasn t what she wanted and so pushed further n asked my full name. I told her just my first - no middle names, then she said Thank you Mam and hung up!

Called last night from this number and today from 01786 601012, said they were carrying out a survey, then that it wasn t a survey and both times were rude Same old crap from the same old chimps in home improvements

3 calls yesterday and 2 so far today. Asian men, today he said he was phoning me from Future Trends and would only ask me 2 questions. asked if I was Mr ----- I said yes then asked me if the address he gave was mine, I said yes and he went on to ask me further questions. I told him he had already had his 2 questions and was not amused. I had told them yesterday to remove my number but clearly they have not. I am with TPS but this does no good. Who can we complain to? He offered to renew my van insurance, at a lower cost. My van insurance was not due for renewal yet he had a lot of details about me. However the van he had me as owning was from over 5 years ago, so I guess this is some old hacked database and then a scam to get your money.
