SCAM I received a call from this number at 14;45 today [27/5/21], purporting to be from Amazon and telling me that £399 has been charged to my card for some purchase or other that I most definitely have not made! The call was a recorded message, and invited me to Press One if I haven't made such a purchase. I DID NOT PRESS ONE! These calls should be illegal.

I received a text message (on my mobile) apparently from TalkTalk confirming the date for an engineers visit. As I hadn't booked a call, I rang from a withheld number to cancel the booking. I was kept hanging on the phone by the operator who told me my account had been locked by the previous operator and she couldn't access the details.
