SCAM Caller claimed to be called Moses Rufus (definitely a false name as he had to think about it when asked his name) asking to know the where in the process in terms of planning applications my company were with various construction projects. When told I'd need to gather the info and get back to him, he wouldn't give an email address just this number. Suspicions raised after the call I called the number back, it rings twice and cuts off. Claimed to be from the telephone preference marketing service. Had lots of my details, tried to tell me that his company worked for BT. I got fed up. Told him I wasn t prepared to give him any details about card details etc and I could do what he was trying to do on my phone - which is exactly what I was going to do with his number. Notice I had a lot of calls from odd numbers today so perhaps the scam is to make lots of nuisance calls and then phone up and offer the service..

Signed up £1.00 and later 79.99 was taken out which I was surprise. Rang the company to refund were I did not sign up for anything but was told u have 14 days to cancel and could not refune. They also had not posted no vouchers worth 79.99, twice and third time but still anything. Now have taken legal advice and working towards getting money back or my vouchers. This company is a fraud and have leaned next the to be more carefully.

Received a text message from this number claiming to be Barclaycard and my account was charged ?800 to call immediately. It is not Barclaycard I called and for less than a minute got charged ?1.77 it?s a scam. Called Barclaycard fraud and my account is finedo not call this number back you hold on sounds like you are in a queue but no one is there.

I got a message through 22:47 on Saturday 01 October saying by account had been suspended also purporting to be from Lloyds bank, strange thing is it showed up in my messages from Lloyds bank so presumably the sender has some way of encoding the text to make it do that. Ignored it and checked the number on this site. If it works the same way for other account holders then Lloyds need to be taking action.

I got a call from Michelle Williams from CFS Group and she asked to speak with CEO. She claims it’s not a sales call but “a revenue tax and trade supply matter”. When I asked if she was in contact with the CEO before or if she has his contact details, she replied negatively saying “no, this was just brought to my attention”. She asked if the CEO can give her a call back.
