Many report this number as being Scottish Power... But what I got was a silent call typical of any scammer. And, as I don t have a Scottish Power bill owing I blocked the number! - I say it s a fake/fraud/phishing attempt.
CMtrader as well. Trying to persuade you to give them your bank details then your whole money on your account will go. Don't try them. Really happened to me.
