Received a call from this number today, and also had a missed call for the last 3 days. Once connected it has a few seconds of silence, a nice clear sign its unsolicited but I thought I d wait and see who they were. I ve had so many missed calls of these people then they send me a message which came up just a number and asked if they "can call me later"! Well I thought it was someone trying to get sexual with me until I put the number in here and seen,realised these ejits had text me twice of different numbers!!! The other text actually came up as CARS and was asking me to call them urgently!!! ,not after reading these comments!!

Hi company called Scott&Co They are callling regards to council tax if you are not paying it on time. I forgot to pay a council tax for 2 months and they have sent me a letter that i need to py the full amount in total i had to pay ?712 So i phoned them and they spread the cost for a weekly instalments. they just calling to collect the weekly payment. its not a Spam or Sales call. If they are calling you better call them back ASAP . :)

Claiming they are three and when you don t answer you are bombarded with a answer phone message saying to ring this number up this is being done 3 times in a day I ve blocked similar starting numbers before and yet they still find ways to call you makes you wonder if you can trust anybody other than friends and family with your number these days.
