Smooth talking guy, asked for me by name. Wanted to talk to me regards my BT bill. I asked him what the problem was. He said no problem, I am your BT agent and could do a better deal. I said to him "but you aren't BT are you" and he told me he was authorised, had a number etc etc. Didn't seem too pleased when I said to him "You are not BT you are JTalk and hung up. Rang back but I let it ring out. Don't need to do business with a liar.

I got a call this morning from this same and it sounded like an Indian person on the other line asking for my name and then it immediately dropped. I call back the number and the voice note confirmed that the number has been theft from another user and is now been used for SCAM and that none shouldn’t entertained it. These tried to ring my o2 phone today 04-05-2023 ive reported it to o2 as i know nobody from the liverpool area so they have no reason to be trying to call my mobile I answered it and they slammned the phone down on me but i won't be attempting to ring them back From today our prime minister has made all cold calls illegal so im hoping these types are stopped but not holding my breath because they think they are the law and can do as they want!
Man with Asian accent said he was calling from Virgin Media about my internet connection. He said they were having some problems which are affecting my internet connection but the call then disconnected. I've been with Virgin for many years and they've never once phoned me when there's been problems in the past. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my internet connection and I'm convinced that this was a scam call so I'm rating as dangerous.

01592 675873 called today, missed the call. When i tried to call it back, number was unavailable. Looks like a VoIP number used by scammers, this is their usual trait when trying to call the number back as it's only set to allow dialling out not calling back.
