I had dealings with retail merchant services last year. Their salesman lied about contracts and fees and altered paperwork after I had signed it. It very nearly cost me £4000, luckily I threatened them with a police case for fraud and they left me alone until now and they are trying to sell me their machines again. First its an automated system that says "we understand you've been in an accident that wasn't your fault, is that right?' If you say "yes" the system puts you through to a person - I asked to be taken off their list - they hung up. I have now blocked this number. They call on a Saturday! I wish I could report these idiots to someone and get them stopped.
