Automated message saying they were from my bank (did not name the bank) and that they had stopped £600 from going out of my account. Said to press 1 to speak to someone. Hung up as obviously a scam.

They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. These people keep calling me on different numbers and when I’ve seen the location they are calling from it’s in the middle of no where (fields) they some how know my details including my address. Very worrying.

Rang me three times this week asking for Mr Woodward. Told them wrong number the first time. The third time she started saying well this call may be of interest to you. I told them no it isn t. At no point did they introduce themselves.

When I asked her some questions she just hang up on me. This person is for sure trying to cheet you so just hang up if she calls (or he like the comment before).
The number 0161 765 7567 came in as an International call answered and hung up immediately.

It's a scam. A man speaking with a strong accent, but introducing himself as Michael, said he was calling from the "council repair service". He knew my name but didn't know that I'm not a council tenant. I hung up.
