I got call from this number. They are actually providing such warm services regarding commercial gas and electricity. the team sorted out my pending bills issues. Much humbles.

SCAM Called said they were from O2 and were offering 50% discount on my bill. I thought I would go along with it (I'm not with O2) because the longer they are on the phone to me, they aren't scamming someone else. Sent me through to the supervisor who said they would send me two text messages, one to put my details in and another with the discount code. Said 'yea, great continue' and then he asked me if I had any problems with the network i told him 'yes a big problem...I'm not with O2" and h
I called back and it went to a D2MS answer machine. D2MS work as callers for many companies including Butterbox so I am unaware if this was a scam call or not.
Did not identify themselves on the message but it was about an international money transfer on a debit of credit card. told to press 1 to cancel or 2 to speak to an advisor. I treated this as a phishing call, ignored the instruction and blocked the number.

He demanded I install team viewer quick support app on my iPad to takeover my iPad remotely to resolve the issue. This number first will be an auto recording messaging saying it is from HMRC and if need to talk to a real person, press one. Then someone will ask your name and then says you are under legal charges and ask if any legal advisor will be with you. When you say to them that they are scam, they will cut off the line

Someone called "John" with a strong Indian accent supposedly calling form Virgin Media about my broadband speed. If you dial this number it gets you to Leeds General Infirmary...
Call about insurance policy for domestic equipment (which isn't covered) expiring then telling you your current insurance you do have is quadruple in cost when it is for life of item covered.
