I pressed 5 to speak to an advisor as I have never paid bank charges and I have been registered with the TPS for over 10 years. The lady said she was from Consumer Advice Centre in Swansea and she said they buy in contact details and all the TPS registered numbers were supposed to have been removed, but obviously they haven't.
