Calling me while I am abroad means I pay a reception charge which is totally unfair. its the usual an automated service regarding some insurance or such. i wish i could block it, called me about 5 times now and when i dont hear phone it goes to voicemail and i get charged. no morals.

Clear scam. they have called 9 times in 48 hours, they knew who provided my services which was great as i actually work for my ISP. asking for different people in the property when they speak to me they ask for a Mrs Wilson, when my husband answers they ask for a Mr Wilson. Just received a call from an Indian sounding chap called Charles . Asked me to confirm if I was receiving a high volume of telemarketing calls, and that he could help. Gave me the 0845 number, and told me to call for a box to plug in to the phone for ?1 something per month.
